Seoul Spots (Korea Special) | Prestige Hong Kong (Sept 17)
This is part of a special Korea report that we added into the September issue. When I pitched it initially, I thought it would be turned down but surprisingly I was allowed to go full speed ahead with it and most of the section save one restaurant and one chef was entirely written by myself. My magazine is uniquely wonderful in the way it allows its writers no matter how junior the editorial freedom to pursue their passions. It's such a privilege to produce work and to also be able to feel so personally invested in it.
